The MacArthur-Bates CDI (Communicative Development Inventory), a widely accepted assessment tool, is used to diagnose language delays in infants and toddlers.
Trefoil, collaborating with researchers at the University of Maine, is nearing completion of an NIH SBIR Phase II grant to develop a computerized, adaptive version of the MacArthur-Bastes CDI, which promises to offer a competitive advantage over the standard paper and pencil test.
The MacArthur-Bates CDI product will be available soon after the Phase II work is complete.
